Rick White has over 20 years experience in executive search. Rick established Dunleavy White in 2010 to offer a more insightful and value added approach to the executive search process.

Previously Rick was a Partner at Howgate Sable, the senior level international executive search consultancy based in London. Prior to this Rick held senior marketing and operational positions in TUI Plc and Virgin Atlantic. Rick has successfully completed mandates across all C Suite and sub board executive functions from CEO to Director of Operations and everything in between! Rick has a passion for aviation and travel and is qualified Psychotherapist with a Masters degree in Psychology from the University of London.

Wayne Pearce

Wayne Pearce is an experienced international professional who has spent his career in Aviation and Travel working as a senior executive in the Aviation and travel area, and advisor on many major business transformations and new business projects.

Most recently part of the successful turnaround at the Thai Airways group, Wayne was previously the CEO of Oman Air and subsequently the Chief Strategy and Planning Officer of Etihad, where he spent 8 years gaining an in-depth knowledge of the Gulf region and its unique culture.

With an early career in Qantas in Sydney Australia, Wayne progressed quickly to senior appointments both at their HQ and overseas before then moving to the UK to lead Gold Medal Travel as their Group MD.

Wayne’s unique understanding of business needs and his extensive experience bring an invaluable wealth of knowledge and expertise to Dunleavy White and executive search.

Danita

Danita Waterfall-Brizzi

Danita Waterfall-Brizzi, has over 25 years in the aviation industry for blue chip American carriers in airport operations, customer service, sales, marketing, security, training, and logistics.

Recruited from a U.S. Master’s Degree program in Russian Studies, she has lived in 7 countries and held key roles in developing multi-national teams and departments, and leaders to effect change amid mergers, alliances, outsourcing, insourcing and joint ventures. She enjoys swimming, piano and her family.

Danita speaks German, English, Russian, and Italian. Her industry experiences with leadership and team development within a variety of cultures lend a perfect fit for executive search.

Steve Waite

Partner - Southern Europe

Steve is a graduate in Business and Management Studies and spent his early career managing large scale manufacturing and transportation facilities.

His move into recruitment was driven by a desire to enjoy both a commercial and people centred role and during his time with Hunter Maclean he helped grow a small boutique company into a leading logistics sector search brand.

Within Torres his remit grew to include a much more diverse client base across Europe including many household consumer and service brands. Latterly Steve has pursued his passion for property whilst starting his family in Spain and his exposure to the new country and market has introduced him to the rapidly growing Cruise and Travel industry in Barcelona and beyond.

Since joining Dunleavy White Steve has quickly developed the client base in Spain and beyond by partnering aviation, hospitality and leisure organisations. Whether they are global or have global aspirations, he sources executives worldwide from within and outside of the Travel sector in order to help clients achieve their goals.

Digital and ecommerce is another fundamental area of the current transformation in Spain and Steve also works with an ever expanding portfolio of white label platforms, ota’s and specialist travel websites.

Andre Fearon

Andre has spent over 22 years in the Travel and Hospitality sector from grassroots up. He started his travel career by working for Trailfinders as a South America Specialist after qualifying for a Business Diploma in Scandinavia and then spending two years travelling around North, Central/South America.

Over the last 15 years, Andre has owned his own travel company and worked across multiple sectors of travel and hospitality and in 2015 became Executive Travel Director for the world’s largest private jet brokerage.
Andre’s clients have ranged from film stars to ultra high net worth individuals and most recently he was instrumental in helping with the creation of the Daily Telegraph’s Hotel Exclusive Offers Programme for its readers.

Andre has a real depth of experience and insight into the global travel sector and is very well connected in the global travel industry.

Sarah Hanan

Executive Consultant

Sarah has over 20 years’ experience within the travel industry and has a BA Hons in Business and Tourism Management. She began her career as an international travel consultant with STA Travel before moving into recruitment and for the last decade has been instrumental the global growth of the Cheapflights brand. Her role at Cheapflights as Commercial Director involved the launch of a suite of digital products across many international markets as well as managing and mentoring large teams and strategising for future growth.

Georgina Tsierkezou

Georgina is a dedicated business administration professional with a versatile support skill set that has been developed through the experience of working as a senior executive assistant and office manager within the travel and leisure and publishing sectors.
