Director - Sales & Marketing - London base with overseas travel

We have been retained to find the person who will add real commercial value to our client’s organisation. A boutique hotel group with high level properties in Spain, France and the USA and who now have three new properties to add to their existing portfolio. The company is unique in that it owns all its properties and designs the whole of the interior to offer luxury with exclusivity.

They now want a proven senior sales and marketing professional who will establish the new London office and create and implement marketing campaigns as well being able to develop and deliver sales on a multi distribution model and effectively negotiate with OTA’s, tour operators, bed banks and any other B2B distributor of luxury hotel stock.

This is a key role in both the development and success of the company going forward.

Candidates will need:

  • proven experience in negotiation, marketing and business development in the travel, hospitality or related sectors.
  •  mobility to travel extensively on a domestic, European and global basis, sometimes at short notice.
  • be bright and energetic, with a keen commercial sense.
  • graduate calibre, articulate and numerate.
